Gregory A. Robbins

Mr. Robbins is an officer of Golub Capital BDC, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBDC) and Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc. He is also Vice Chair of Golub Capital and a member of the board of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association. He served as an officer of Golub Capital Investment Corporation, prior to its merger with GBDC. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Robbins was a Vice President in the Merchant Banking Group at Indosuez Capital, where he originated, structured, executed and managed leveraged finance transactions for middle market private equity sponsors across multiple asset classes. Mr. Robbins earned a BS degree in Economics, with a Finance concentration, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
