Golub Capital Provides Senior Credit Facility To Support The Refinancing Of Unidine Corporation

CHICAGO, Dec. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — Golub Capital announced today that as Sole Bookrunner and Administrative Agent it provided a $57.75 million senior credit facility to support the refinancing of Unidine Corporation ("Unidine").
