Golub Capital Provides $75 Million Delayed Draw Term Loan to Support the Continued Growth of Risk Strategies Company

NEW YORK, April 24, 2017 — Golub Capital announced that, as lead arranger, it provided a $75 million delayed draw term loan to Risk Strategies Company to support its continued growth objectives. Risk Strategies Company is a rapidly growing national insurance brokerage and risk management firm backed by private equity firm Kelso & Company. Golub Capital is now the largest debt financing provider to Risk Strategies.

Operating from more than 35 locations throughout the United States, Risk Strategies Company offers sophisticated risk management advice as well as insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, healthcare and employee benefits risks. Risk Strategies serves commercial companies, non-profits, public entities and individuals, and has access to all major insurance markets.
